Greetings, Fellow Followers!
And thank you again for revisiting☻
This week’s activity is the first Gallimauf: “The Escape of the Wild Goatee”.
Sep 15 24
The first of the Gallimaufs is about hairstyling, really — facial hairstyling.
It involves restraining a wild goatee into a braided beardybun, and photographing various points in the style’s undoing. It’s one of a few other ways to restrain a wild goatee.
I have a lot to learn about photography. These were intended to show the goatee against plain black, which some actually do. Some show the black shirt, or light greying the black curtain.
Please don’t judge my skin. I’ve never been very comfortable in it, never fit in well with any particular group. In many circles my skin color has been in some ways helpful. In others, not so much.
The only place I ever fit in truly well had many skin colors, and skin color did not matter a whit. It was populated by other misfits.
The moustache in the photos is often left wild, because I’d forget to comb it first. Styling the moustache is a topic for a future Gallimauf.

Next Week: I don’t know yet. If I want to present properly “Diégo el Ciégo”, I must needs post the first strip, arguably the stupidest thing I’ve ever written, and therefore put a bag over my head.
“That’s my Way” is finished, all six segments already up. Perhaps the third exhibit of Industrial art . . .
There’s been a lot of “Unentitled” lately, and even though it’s long, I don’t want to use it up too fast because the end isn’t finished yet.
What I really want to do is the next Gallimauf, but there are so many to choose from, and I shy away from doing the same Activity category twice in a row. But, being Gallimaufs, they’re all so different maybe nobody’ld notice.
Prob’ly, though, it’ll be the stupidest thing I’ve ever written and the bag.
